Introduction to Microblading
Microblading is that art of using a small blade and a handle together to create thin, crispy, strokes in the skin to resemble real hairs.
On the left is a slant (S) blade On the right is a U blade
There are a variety of different sized blades - how do you know which ones to chose?
Choosing your blade is completely preferential. U blades are known in the Phi world for creating many intricate lines within the brow.
Slant blades are very beginner friendly.
Putting the blade and handle together
Use a disposable handle and a blade to create microblading.
Take your handle out of its packaging and place your blade away from you when working on your client.
You do not reuse your handle and blade- throw your handle away and place your blade in your sharps container. It is no longer common to autoclave your handle. These handles are cheap and can be repurchased.
