Marketing and Building Your Brand
As you start building your PMU Brow business, utilize social media to market your work.
There are ways to make it easier for potential clients to find you.
Make sure to make it clear what you do, where you are located, how much you are currently charging, what month you are booking all in your bio along with adding a clear professional photo of yourself.
Trust is a BIG factor for clients. They want to get a feel for you before trusting you with their face. Make it easier for them.
Ideas to post as a new artist-
Post a photo of yourself- Introduce yourself, your hobbies, who you are!
Post photos of yourself practicing- Clients love to see that you invest time into your craft and that you take it seriously
Post photos of your before and afters- Post clear photos of your work and ONLY your work. Never post someone else's work without crediting them. Potential clients will get turned off to booking with you if they find out you use other artist's work as their trust in you goes out the window.
In the top photo, you have a professional photo, added in what you do, where you are located, how much you charge, how to book an appointment and what month you are booking for- This is a great bio for a beginner PMU artist
In the bottom photo, you have a less professional photo, added in what you do- however, you don't want to say you are a specialist yet as you are just starting. You are telling your potential client how to book; however, your client still hasn't decided if you are within their budget or within driving distance to them.
